SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Posh Cheeks, we offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $200. For all other orders, there is a shipping cost of $15. Please contact us if you need a rush order or express shipping, so we can upgrade the shipping.

We know you can’t wait to receive your gorgeous new items, so we aim to send out all orders within the same or next business day. Please note that there may be a delay in processing times due to the season peaks or high volume orders.

We aim to ship every order in the same business day during the business hours based on the Eastern time, if it is in-stock and ready to ship on our website.

For Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders must be received before 3pm EST. If received after 3pm, they will ship the next business day. 

Please Note: Pre-Orders and Custom orders are not included in this category. Our estimated timeline for such orders are listed in the product explanations/details.

Delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified at checkout) and are subject to change according to the factors including Sales, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

For international orders:

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable import fees, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. Customer is responsible for such taxes and duties.

Posh Cheeks is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred. It is at sole discretion of custom agents to release the package on time. 

*Please also note that there may be a delay in delivery times due to some occasions in customs, such as peak seasons, which makes it busier than usual.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order's journey to your door. *Please allow at least 24-hours for the tracking number to update.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered properly. If your delivery details are different than your billing details, tick the 'Ship to different address' option and enter your delivery details. Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address that is not a P.O. box.

It is very important to provide a detailed shipping address information when placing your order. Posh Cheeks is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer at the checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Our team will do their best to assist the customers with contacting the carrier, but once an order shows delivered at our end, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are claimed as lost and/or stolen. We recommend our customers to select "Signature Required" option when placing the order, which we offer at no additional cost, to ensure that the package is signed before it is dropped off at your location.
