RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility for returns

We would love to hear about how we did! If there are any issues with the item you ordered, you can contact us and our customer service will reply inquiries on case by case basis.
Please don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail, chat, or WhatsApp.

We want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied.

Please note that return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with the original packaging.

Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or have had original packagings removed will not be accepted.

Items marked as in Sale category are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available in stock. If not available, they are non-returnable.

Custom Orders and Final SALE orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow the below steps to do so:

First, submit a return request HERE

You will receive an email from our team within 24-hour time frame.

US orders have the option to select one of our pre paid labels (within a fee) or return on their own. International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return.

Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.

You will receive an email with your store credit code to shop for a new item.

You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order.

Note: All updates will occur via email.  

If your return is not allowed, please see our Returns Policy for why your order may not have met the return criteria.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with original Posh Cheeks packaging. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We will not accept any liability for these goods on their return.

Please note: items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Repeated Returns: all customers returns are reviewed and monitored. Excessive customer returns will be reviewed and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Posh Cheeks account.

We do not offer any price adjustment based on offers or shipping charge amounts.

All goods are thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any damages/defects before they are shipped out to precious customers. We expect that your order will arrive in the condition they are intended to. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please carefully check your order upon arrival.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please  contact us immediately.  

Note: Every one of our designs are carefully crafted by talented hands and requires special care if intended for cleaning. Posh Cheeks will not be hold responsible if the customer fails to follow care instruction.
